Or you can pay us a visit!
Shackerstone Station is situated midway between Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Hinckley in Leicestershire and is signposted from both the A444 and A447 trunk roads. From these points the route is marked with brown tourist signs for you to follow. From the B585 Market Bosworth road, through the villages of Congerstone and Shackerstone.
Once though the village of Shackerstone you will pass over a canal bridge and then straight away another large bridge. Immediately after the crown of this bridge take the first left down the short incline. At the bottom of the incline turn left again and the gates into the railway site are in front of you. The station is approximately a 1/4 mile along the old track bed.
For Sat Nav, the nearest postcode to our enterance gates is CV13 0BS.
There is usually at least one of us at the railway each weekend, but it may be best to e-mail in advance to ensure there is someone there to meet you. Please also bear in mind that during diesel galas and other special events that most of our staff will be busy, but will do our best to help.
